Building a career at MSF: from nurse to general director

A lot of people do not know that Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) offers a lot of career opportunities to enable its staff to grow within the organisation. The best example is the General director of the Operational Center in Brussels: Meinie Nicolai. She started as a nurse in 1992 and has been working for MSF for more than 27 years.
