PerformanceTrack Deployment Officer (m/f/x) – MSF Belgium
CONTEXT
Bearing witness and speaking out are fundamental parts of MSF’s mission. Communication, a key role in supporting operations and patients, increases access, supports advocacy efforts, responds to incidents, and finances MSF’s activities. MSF relies on communication experts worldwide to ensure impactful communications. The communication efforts are coordinated globally – from the programmes, through the operational centres, to the MSF sections around the world. A lot of communication is also produced and disseminated locally – in programmes as well as in partner sections.
Since 2024, MSF has been developing a ground-breaking software: PerformanceTrack. This custom-built AI-powered software provides insights in performance of MSF communication across channels, languages, and regions. Users can engage with it through PowerBI dashboards or through a chatbot.
PerformanceTrack is not just a new tool, it is also a cultural change: it helps MSF to take data-driven decisions and increase impact of its communication for the benefit of the people we assist. That is why, after finishing development of the software in September 2026, we aim to provide training to all relevant teams in MSF, to make sure that the tool is adopted and understood by everyone who we developed it for.
